Looks great. With respect, I wasn't a fan of INBOX. It encouraged email subscribing and lazy habits. But, Gmail has been a hot mess for a while, and this is a big improvement. Thanks for taking the time to make and share this extension.

This is fantastic, and honestly far better than what Inbox was. This keeps all the goods of Gmail with the clean interface of Inbox. Inbox just was trying too hard for me, and I felt it ended up being counterproductive. I've really enjoyed using this with a horizontal split pane, it did confuse me at first because I usually have my gmail set at compact density and vertical split pane, so first application of this extension was pretty gross looking. My only quirk that I have right now is that the icons at the top of the page are all mis-aligned vertically to each other. And due to the forced width and centered 'inbox' area, the search bar is disproportionately sticking out. I think I'd like the ability or to see the search bar centered or disappear into a search button all together. I also love how it cleans up the Settings so much better as well. If there's anything in Gmail that needs a revamp, it is the entire Settings section. Why can't they go and match propers Materials like on the phones? Thanks again for the extension! It's fantastic.

I love this--it's wonderful and I'll keep using it. The one issue I'm having is that the search icon happens to hit right at the same spot as the settings icon in the upper right corner, so whenever I need to search my inbox (often!) I end up having to go into Google Extensions, turn off Simplify, do a search in my old inbox, and then re-enable. I just found the keyboard shortcut to search gmail, but I am imagining others might have this same issue, so I'm wondering if you could move that magnifying glass over so it's not on top of the settings icon. Thanks!
