The biggest thing for me is saving the time of going back and forth and seeing what keywords should go on the tailored resume for each application. It has made me more efficient, but it is also great that it works not just on LinkedIn but also on Indeed. During my job search, this has been my #1 most used tool.
This really saves a lot of time when applying for work. It helps you track all the places you apply as well and gives great advice. Its also nice that you can use it as an extension on your browser when on linkedin and glassdoor.

this is an amazing tool for job seekers! its saving me a lot of time. however, it will be best if I can updload more than one CV file without overriding all of the resumes. as each CV required small changes per job description each time I;m uploading my latest CV it's either to delte all of the past VCs - which is not good cuase I want to keep history CV files. or to override it also the design of the CV can be imporved - it's very limited and simple, I used Canva as well for better designs. thanks
I think it's really good. It will be better when the job listing section is out of beta (if they vet the listings so there aren't a bunch of fake listings like LinkedIn. If they don't do that, meh.) But the sight now is a real time saver. What I like best is that I am trying to get out of my comfort zone and explore new positions. The way Teal is set up, I can easily match my skills to new fields without every application taking, literally, an entire day. Plus, the cover letter! Not gonna lie, sometimes, creating an entire resume tanks me, and I give up on the cover letter, knowing good and well, some won't consider me without it. I don't have to do that now. I recommend the site to people I know personally, and I'm telling you here and now: it's worth the investment.
