Teal and the Teal Chrome extension are the perfect compliment to LinkedIn! I add my jobs to Teal directly from LinkedIn, then when I'm done searching, I go to the Teal web app, where my selected jobs are waiting. I assign them to new resumes, customize with AI assistance, export the resumes and cover letters and manage to make a reasonable number of targeted applications each week. I can easily track all my job applications and add notes for each one. What an excellent app!
I'm an executive recruiter and I use Teal when exploring new opportunities. There is no better way to stay organized on roles to which you've applied, follow-ups, interviews etc. It also makes it incredibly easy to ensure that your resume matches the jobs to which you are applying (and that the jobs in which you are interested actually match your background/resume!). We've been hearing for years that computers (and now AI) are going to make our lives easier, and I hadn't seen any proof. Until now. Teal is the real deal.
