Love it & use it.
Recently discovered and totally love it!
I have two Google accounts and Google voice is on my "secondary" account or Account #2 in the settings. I continually save to this account but it defaults back to my primary account so I do not receive notices on incoming texts.
It doesn't pop up with the contents of a text, just the sender info. It's nice that it makes a sound, but other than that, you still need to keep GV open in another tab.
The dailer only works some of the times. It may not place nice with Skype. I have not figured out why, but there are issues with the dialer.
Needs to get some more love from the Google. Where is MMS support? No longer allows me to make calls from the extension (since new Hangout GMail integration).

What happened to placing phone calls FROM MY BROWSER????? If I wanted to call someone from my phone, I would have just picked up my phone. One less step. GIVE ME BACK THE OLD GOOGLE VOICE!
I just needed something that I could click through to listen to and delete messages. Perfect. Thanks.
Works great! Love it! Lets me know when I get texts and calls! Small issue with it showing up in weird places in the newest version of chrome for Mac OSX Mavericks If this bug was fixed I'd give it 5 stars
