Hover your mouse over any image on the supported websites and the extension will automatically enlarge the image to its full size, making sure that it still fits into the browser window.
This is an open source version of the original HoverZoom extension which is now overrun by malware and deleted from store. In this version all spyware has been removed, many bugs were fixed and new features were added. It doesn't collect any statistics by default. The only permission it needs is to access data on all websites (to extract full images), and *optional* permissions to access browser history, download/save images or get tab urls for per-site configuration.
Sometimes sites change design and when it happens extension needs to be updated. Please report any issues with zoom not working by using Support tab or https://github.com/extesy/hoverzoom/issues page.

es una excelentnte extension muy buena porque vemos todo con mas claridad.
This extension has great potential. Needs more functions and settings though: 1) Size of picture/video depending on the specific site. It seems like this could be done already, but I can't understand how. Maybe I'm just stupid though. 1.5) At least my "Plugins" screens in options are empty, so I don't know what this is for. 2) MORE sites. There should be a list somewhere over the most used sites that you can use. I understand that you probably have to configure them individually, which is a drag, but more sites leads to a more popular extension. It also leads to very happy users! 3) Maybe a better way to indicate that you're watching an album. That little number in the corner is hard to spot. When I hover on Reddit i often scroll just in case, instead of instantly understanding if I should scroll for more pictures. 4) Video works good, but continue to develop this feature even further. 5) Option to share, copy and other things directly from hovered picture. I know we have a bunch of keyboard shortcuts for saving pictures and so on, but I can never remember them so they don't get used. But add key shortcuts for more functions like this (and force us to learn them, we should be able to), or put small icons somewhere that we can press for sharing, saving and so forth.
Hoverzoom+ not loading thumbnail images & profile pictures on posts on FB timeline. *This issue was reported by another user at github back in early September. I added the extension today and experience the same issue.
The album image counter in the top right corner needs to have a black border around the numbers, otherwise it is impossible to see the album numbers one many images (when the image is a light color or just plain white).
setting the delay doesn't work, images come up immediately, too fast, very annoying.
Not working in Chrome.
Es una muy buena extensión, no sòlo hace zoom sobre cualquier imagen si no también que te agarra las imágenes en formato gif. Si el enlace es de un vídeo de tipo youtube también lo reproduce con audio y todo (sòlo hay que pre-cargar la pagina algunas veces). Las imágenes compartidas en facebook (dependiendo del tamaño), se ven realmente muy bien.
