It's good when it works. At the most urgently important times, you'll find it will not connect with server and you'll be stuck without any of the features (like when you're trying to book a last minute important client). Clearing cache, nothing helps. You're stuck. Just have to wait minutes/hours until it comes back online. At which point you've lost your client. Not sure I can fully depend on this for time-critical work.

First Olof and their customer support team are awesome. Second, this app does everything I want it to do. You'll have to pay for the pro version if you want all the bells and whistles, but we've found it's worth it.
Great tool for using GMAIL as a light-duty project management tool. If you're a small business person or if you need to organize something in your non-work life (sports league, religious group, club, etc.), Mixmax gives you some really useful tools for making sure your co-workers (or co-players) get the information they need and get the schedule to keep them engaged.
