i'm not sure how i functioned without MIxmax in the past.... it's basically does everything i've used other products in the past for (Boomerang, Doodle, Assistant.to) along with so many other functions and in fact more that i haven't even tried yet... have recommended to everyone i know who lives in the gmail client and love the credit i get for improving their productivity

Ignore "Drew Klonsky" clearly he is overly critical, grumpy or perhaps cant value the pros vs a small con. This is a super awesome extension. This is a super awesome extension. He is the guy that has to walk to work and once he gets a car he complains about the car not having leather, as opposed to ALL the benefits it gives. I am not even sure what labels he is talking about. There is one category with 6 drop downs, just dont drop it down and its take up one space... Anyways this application is awesome. I no longer have to worry about remembering who to follow up on and who not to follow up on. I have been able to remove tons of organizing labels now. Being able to send multiple appointment options to select from. Marking emails to be "snoozed" so they leave my inbox and come back when I actually can answer them or handle them has been extremely productive.

Scheduling is a massive pain for me. So is template emails which I leverage often. I've been bundling the Assistant.to Chrome extension and Yesware together to achieve what Mixmax does arguably BETTER than those two do independently. Mixmax is the first to have both functionality at a high degree combined in one. For such a young company I'm excited about how much better the product will get.
I use MixMax to help me managing the communication with my research team. I specially love the contact lists (much easier to use and manage than traditional mailing lists) and the ability to embed calendar time slots in the email to let people immediately book a meeting with you depending on your availability
This is like my right hand. Can't do without it. 5 stars because both the customer experience is awesome aswell as the product. Thanks mixmax team.
