This app actually benefits FB, as well as the user, because it hides the many annoying features of FB.
This is a great extension to retain an element of control over your timeline. Use it in conjunction with a good ad blocker like uBlock Origin and FB becomes almost elegant.
Does not work. Installed and stays inactive and no way to activate it? use social fixer instead which works
My Facebook timeline is now at least 300% faster. Blocks EVERYTHING you want like it says. And you can even customize colors, fonts, and background images for your feed.
This app is fabulous. I have used it for a couple of years and it makes my fb time so much better. It updates itself and the support from the creator is fast and better than anywhere. If you hate most of what fb forces you to deal with.. this is the app for you. You won't be sorry

I've been using this extension for YEARS and highly recommend it. Keeps my sanity while on FB especially during US election season, I can blissfully filter out the names of all the main candidates and enjoy my "I'm not American so stop spamming me with your politics" FB experience.
Essential for FB users. It can't deal with all of FB's irritating quirks but it makes a good job of getting rid of most of them.
FBP is a FABULOUS extension! It will keep you sane and make the difficulties Facebook dreams up seem much tamer and navigating/using FB more personal. It can't fix ALL the weirdness FB dreams up but it sure does try! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!! If you don't have it, GET IT NOW!!!
