"Next Level" What do you like best about Fathom? I love that I no longer have to take notes and it is all summarized for me and even creates a checklist. What do you dislike about Fathom? Only downside I can think of right now is that i do not see a way to send to slack from the summary screen. What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you? Highly recommend Fathom. The transcriptions are on point and the summaries of the meetings (key takeaways, next steps, etc.) are usually as good as if a human had written them. Also, the "Ask Fathom" feature is amazing. I can ask the most specific questions about the meeting and Fathom will answer them accurately, with links to the right time stamps so I can double check for accuracy.

I love the quality of the transcriptions, the multi-platform integrations (it accepts teams, meet and zoom, which is great and few other competitors can do this). In the downside, their bot appears as a new meeting attendant, which can be somewhat intimidating in some kinds of meeting. Also, their UI/UX could be better. the installation process is a little bit confusing as well, but it is well explained anyway. Well, I don't need to take notes in my meetings anymore and now I can fully focus on what's being discussed. Since the quality of the summary is really good, I can afford to do this now.
