The perfect meeting assistant Initially, I was impressed by its meeting summarization capabilities, but the real value comes from its action plan feature. It accurately assigns tasks to meeting participants based on the exact discussions, maintaining 100% accuracy in tracking what was agreed upon. Incredibly easy to use, incredibly easy to implement. And actually - when I discovered the chrome extension I just stopped using the Mac app as it's so much easier to switch it on/off in a Google Meet.

I can't say enough positive things about Fathom. It's made my workday so much easier. It creates tasks based off what was discussed in a call, and helps a ton with marketing when I have a transcript I can easily use to create content. No more hand cramping nonstop to try to write down all the important points from every meeting! I truly don't understand how I survived without this for so long.

Really accurate, customisable to what you need (but the initial setup 'out of the box' was amazing and I didn't' really need to change anything, just pplayed round with the options!), and the team is SUPER fast with responses and really helpful- even being proactive about things that might help you that you're not using!

I was introduced to Fathom by a couple of people who are regular users. I have another recording software / AI note taker that I use and what sold me was the accuracy of the note taking and the speed with which the notes are ready after the meeting. Seeing the Fathom post-meeting output compared head-to-head with what I was using was embarrassing. Then the customer service at Fathom kicked in... dang! They really want us to be able to get the most from their tool. I'm sold!
