This app should be amazing, but even though I follow the rules and show I'm getting a rebate, it rarely appears in my earnings. Very disappointing to use to use this extension for online shopping, but the scanning of the receipt seems to work fine.

I just recently signed up with ibotta and added the chrome extension and it worked perfectly for me today. I went to a website and the extension automatically popped out and let me know that I could earn 6% cash back. Once I checked out, a pop up from ibotta stated that they have all my info and cash back would be granted. If its always this informing and easy, I give it 5 stars.

I used to love using Ibotta but now it's a pain in the back side. It was so seamless and easy when the Ibotta extension worked with Walmart and would show you which items actually qualify for a rebate on the Walmart website. Now that it doesn't do that anymore, I have to open the Ibotta app on my phone and keep referring to it while shopping at Walmart or other retailers. I am thankful for the rebates I do get but they are becoming less and less with all the recent updates. At some point it will become too much hassle for the smaller and smaller rebates earned. At that point I will delete the app and shop in peace, and I'll probably save money because I won't be buying things I don't need just to get a rebate.

Ibotta and the extension used to me amazing! NOT ANYMORE! First off, ibotta it no longer integrates with Kroger and Riteaid for online orders and if it did, there are no offers for those stores. Which I use a lot! The extension used to show me which products had ibotta savings when I used Walmart. NOT ANYMORE! It rarely even shows my current offers but it does try to promote some $200 earbuds. Im here to save money not waste it on overpriced earbuds!

Had put things in my Amazon account just a few days ago and when I was ready to check out today Amazon had just disappeared as a retailer from extension and the web page. I can't get the app on my Chromebook apparently so don't know if it's on there but even if it is why there and not the others? I will have to adjust my cart because there are some things I was getting because I was receiving Cashback. A big company like this should be able to do better.

I used to love how it showed the items on walmart web page with chrome extension and on walmart app and ibotta app. now nothing! the link from ibotta app to open page majority of time error out, and then just give u a page with all coffee items instead of the ones that qualify. annoying, last 2 months havent earned anything. its just to hard to even bother with now. so i ask why mess with a good thing? ive seen so many complaints, how on earth was just dumping a person at a walmart page considered to be helpful?
