We're a small non-profit working with a team of 5 board members and 2 freelance staff. Grab is exactly the no-nonsense solution we were looking for to integrate in the Google Workspace Suite we already use. Right now we're using Grab to assign incoming e-mails to relevant people. In the future we also wish to use it for simple to-do lists. Definitely recommended.

Good place to organise a to do list within a committee.
When your trial expires, they add a really annoying email signature that you can't remove unless you are a paying customer. Why would I give you my money for inconveniencing me? I'm a brand new user, not someone who would have to exert a lot of effort to change my current workflow. When I asked a customer rep for help, they basically just said that I can uninstall the software. Again, I'm trying to actually use the software and see if it makes my work easier. Why is the answer to tell me to get lost? The signature goes away if you disable the app, and you can then go and re-enable it to continue using it if you want. Seems like an interesting move, we'll see if they are still around in a few years.
Great plugin, easy to use, elegant design. Still figuring out all the features to see what works for my business, BUT project management and inbox management all within gmail is great. Customer service stands out: very quick replies and very helpful solutions.
Love the boards... I find the to-do list board super-useful. Helps me stay organized!
This app is amazing. There is nothing else like it on the market. It simplifies your email AND allows teams to work together in Dynamic ways.
This very easy and well designed. I am a small business user and this was easy to learn and just knocks out what I need.
We are loving the Drag App so much - it is really helping us to streamline our internal communications without the duplication we have had in the past! We are an Equestrian Club in Australia who have a committee of up to 10 volunteers - in order to ensure that we can organize well run events in the shortest amount of time we have been looking at upgrading our communication processes. The Drag App has been a critical integration into how we manage inbound and outbound correspondence with the best feature being the individual boards. The ELT are able to filter only the relevant information to the committee members responsible - saving time, keeping everyone updated yet not swamped with information. Being able to share the workload has made everyone more positive and we hope in future to encourage volunteers to stay longer in their roles. Thanks to Drag App we are finding more time to do the important things - like ride our horses!!
This app has allowed us to easily map our business process and get our inboxes under control. We kissed many frogs before finally choosing Drag. Nothing falls through the cracks anymore. No more cutting and pasting between apps. We were able to ditch our project management tool and support tool. Their support and focus on constant improvement is impressive. Thank you Drag :)
