Hemos comenzado a emplear esta herramienta para organizar el flujo de correos electrónicos entrantes a nuestra organización y la experiencia está siendo muy buena! Las automatizaciones y listas de correos con responsables permiten distribuir los correos entre los distintos miembros del equipo que trabajamos con una bandeja compartida.
Es una extensión que se adapta muy bien a nuestras necesidades en nuestra empresa. Tiene la ventaja de poder crear diferentes espacios para poder agrupar los correos. Es muy visual y facil de utilizar.
This is an excellent app and has really helped me automate workflow. I wish an email could be on several boards at once, but that's a tiny thing to mention, when we've been able to work in so much more structured and fluid a manner. My email inbox was always my to-do list, and now it's an organised one!
Llevamos un tiempo buscando una herramienta que satisfaga las necesidades de organización interna de nuestra organización, recibimos decenas de correos diarios con muchos asuntos que tenemos que gestionar y repartir entre los miembros del equipo. Drag ofrece la solución a todo lo que necesitamos, y nos permite asegurarnos de que asignamos los correos al responsable indicado a la vez que todos sabemos en qué punto está cada asunto. ¡Lo mejor es que no crea réplicas de todos los correos en las direcciones de todos, sino que su sistema accede a la dirección de la bandeja compartida!
The app itself is a bare-bones almost nothing add-on for gmail, that was barely useful. It gives you a page of categories you can put different tasks into. It doesn't have a lot of features, for instance you cant delete or rename the first 3 canned categories that the app creates for you or color code the categories. I deleted the app for our entire organization because Drag decided to import their logo and a hyperlink into our email signature. WE RUN ON DRAG! Not anymore we dont! Keep your hands off my email signatures.
Para quem trabalha em equipa esta aplicação representa uma mudança de paradigma, a nosso ver, porque permite, eficazmente, sem sair do gmail, que todos possamos organizar o nosso trabalho. Recomenda-se!
This extension is great for maintaining all organized tasks, as in individual or in collaborative work. Recommend.
