This extension has failed to work for ages and when you ask Qantas to claim the points they say it is your fault. If this is the only way they can track your purchases, why offer the extension? 1. Start at Qantas Shopping (shopping.qantas.com) every time 2. Login with your Frequent Flyer details 3. Have your cookies enabled (www.qantas.com/au/en/support/manage-cookies.html) and don’t click out to other websites before finishing your transaction
Used to work an absolute treat...but just stopped working the past few weeks. Dissapointing!
This just doesn't work. I am really diligent about clicking through and regularly shop through retailers but it's been ages since I actually got any of the points.
Worked fine and then just stopped working, super annoying miss out on points all the time because i think its working but turns out it never registered the site.
Simply doesn't work. Collects your data but never gives you points. This is predatory data harvesting for no benefit.
It was working really well and then all of a sudden stopped working one day. I've tried deleting it and redownloading, clearing my cache. Not sure what else to do and the Qantas support team never got back to me.
I used this on my old computer & it worked fine, except for the fact that it blocked out items on the website screen & the tracker screen could not be moved { as stated but plenty of users }. It seems that from 2021 up to today this still applies, as well as that everyone is saying it does not track purchases & QFF points are not received. Also it is disappointing to see that contacting Qantas to get points missed is useless & does not achieve anything. It seems like Qantas need to work on it to get it working properly like it used to a few years ago, instead of leaving it in the " Too Hard Tray ". Recently updated my computer & forgot to install this again until today. I am hoping that things have improved with this, although only time will tell. C U L8R Phil
Doesn't work, there is no tracking back to qantas it's a Scam
Qantas doesn't track the purchases made only by the use of the plugin. They only will track if you use the website. So this plugin is completely useless. Avoid installing it on your browser.
For some reason some sites dont track at all (City Perfume as an example) and other's start tracking then you go to check out and it stops tracking (Sunglass Hut - well at least it seems to stop tracking according to the chrome add on and little pop up disappears) Emailed the Qantas Shopping team the issue and they responded without actually answering my question... just a copy and paste job....there customer service is awful across the board when it comes to frequent flyer points...they don't actually listed and just have templates they send. I literally have a 92 email thread with them chasing up some frequent flyer points from a flight....
