This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.
Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.
Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

They discontinued support for the app and the chrome remote desktop website they force you to use instead doesn't even work. Garbage.
I cannot access from PC to PC, and now It's very slow when accessing from phone.
Should really add support for Manjaro Linux. It's the most popularly used Linux distro now unless I'm mistaken, and .debs most certainly do NOT run on it. A .run is always a better idea for a Linux executable.
app does nothing from my phone after connects and it says now sharing with ... but just says my computer name like i want to connect to it. disconnects after a bit too. what did i expect from a app from a browser extension.

若有顯示版本不能用的人 請到Windows程式和功能把Chrome Remote Desktop Host 移除 再到C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome Remote Desktop 把所有資料夾都刪除 然後重新整理Chrome Remote Desktop下載的頁面後再重新安裝就可以用了
Ca fonctionne très bien pour moi à part que... Comment envoyer les touches F1 à F12 au PC ??? Comment faire la clic droit ? Comment remettre l'icône du changement de clavier une fois qu'il a été retiré de la barre d'outils ?
