This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.
Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.
Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

この機能を無料で提供するのはさすがGoogleとしか言いようがないです。
Something funky has happened in the last few days, I've seen others report as well, so this seems to be a recent issue... it could be a combination of variable items that triggers the issue, however... the Host will run for about an hour or less and then goes offline... service keeps running, restart of service does nothing... deleting host profile, re-enabling the host, does nothing.. in that case it will get stuck "starting". If you uninstall and then re-install CRD, it will work again.. for another hour or so, but then it will go offline again. Baffling, although it could have something to do with recent a Windows update.
아니 대체 왜 컴퓨터가 켜져있는데도 불구하고 "호스트가 오프라인 상태입니다." 라고 뜨면서 접속이 안되나요? 크롬원격데스크톱을 지웠다 깔아도 안되고 크롬자체를 지웠다가 깔아도 첨에 잠시되다가 한시간쯤지나면 "호스트가 오프라인 상태입니다." 라고 뜨면서 또 안되는데 이유가 뭔가요?

Edito remotamente a la oficina todos los días, pero lo único que no he podido resolver es la recepción de audio y lo hago a través de Zoom. ¿alguna solución real y efectiva para este problema? de Mac a Mac. No tengo desfase y trabajo como si estuviera en el equipo remoto, pero si es una pérdida de tiempo tener que conectarme a Zoom diariamente. saludos a todos
why does it switch to Offline suddenly after using for couple of minutes later? You gotta fix this problem...
