I love this extension and service. I use it for my job as a Social Media Content Manager and it makes my life 100X easier. If you aren't using this service then you are missing out on a great tool.
Why must I always have to re-authorize every other day? Please figure out a way to remember me.
I dislike the third-party access requirement.

i love it
I LOVE this extension, but in the last couple weeks it's become unreliable and when clicked, nothing happens. Magically it will start working sometimes, but it's intermittent. Please stabilize the performance and this rating goes to 5-stars.
Used Bitly for a longtime, luv it. Recently I have to reauthorize it within Chrome (not sure that it is Bitly's issue might be a Chrome thing.) annoying yes, but bitly is worth investing the troubleshooting time to make it work. Great application.
This extension worked until about a month ago. Now it's completely useless.
