The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

USELESS PRODUCT! I searched for this product as I want an extension that allows me to save a pdf file directly from a webpage via Google Chrome into my Google Drive (without having to first download it, and then upload it to Drive). Considering this extension was developed by Google themselves, it is extremely shoddy and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a Google product. In theory this product should solve this problem, although for me it appears not to save anything to Drive at all! No matter which save format is selected within the options page, each time I try to use the extension I'm presented with this error: "Page size is not supported: 1920x0" No instructions how to prevent the error or explanation of what the error is referring to either!
The "Save to Google Drive" Add-in / Extension no longer works. Either an update broke it; or a malicious actor now has control of it, and it its possibly now serving a nefarious purpose. I gave the extension every conceivable permission/authorization in both the standard and "developer mode" options, I even enabled the app to log Chrome Errors, yet the prompt to "Authorize" remains.

when i went to options and did all that and saved some videos i was going over to send them to my friends but then when i opened them all i got was a bunch of coding and when two of them worked it just sent me to YouTube but not the video 1 star
The details said you could save videos to google drive using this extension so I tried it and it didn't work.

Extension use to save webpages to Drive as Google Documents, but now a downloading box appears but never completes downloading.
this extension isn't working in 'Microsoft Edge' browser . When i click on it , it shows 'You must authorize save to google drive'
always get error page "Page size is not supported: 1519x0"
