* Updated to Manifest V3.
Before Chrome 52, the backspace key navigated back (if you weren't writing text). Many people lost their progress while working online by accidentally pressing backspace and leaving a page -- so we removed the feature from Chrome, and created this extension for those who prefer the old behavior.
This extension can't restore backspace on certain special pages, for example any of the "chrome://" pages such as Settings or Extensions.

I do not run any goddamn extensions. Fix this Google!! I still am in amazement this was removed. will be un-installing the extension as soon as i post, and heading, begrudgingly, back over to Edge.
Well, it works, but this app fixes something that shouldn't be broken in the first place.

Dämlich!!! Warum muss man das ändern? Bringt doch eine Erweiterung für die Leute, die Probleme mit der "Backspace-Taste haben, heraus"... Die ganzen Add-Ons machen den Browser auch nicht schneller!!! Da kann ich auch bald wieder zurück zu Firefox! Typisch... Ein paar Leute jammern und Alle müssen wieder drunter leiden...

Whut are you doing getting rid of this function and then requiring an add on to re-enable? At least it seems to work so far.
