Version 1.2.0 adds dark mode support.
Version 1.3.0's only change is to use manifest_version 3. For this extension, this does not affect behavior at all. The change is required to keep the extension listed in Chrome Web Store.

Just an empty new tab. Does what it says. I don't understand why people are giving bad rating to this extension, it's not supposed to do anything else besides giving you a blank new tab. Just read the description! If you need something else, search another extension. You give a low rate to an extension when it's not doing what is supposed to do, or doing something bad, a bug or a glitch, etc. Not to one that does what it is intended for.

Essential - if only to stop Chrome adding the bookmark bar to each new page.
I would still like the bookmarks bar to pop up when I open a new tab. Mainly, I just wanted to get rid of the google doodle which I find distracting. This app does that flawlessly, but as a side effect, I no longer have the bookmarks bar with new tabs.
