Version 1.2.0 adds dark mode support.
Version 1.3.0's only change is to use manifest_version 3. For this extension, this does not affect behavior at all. The change is required to keep the extension listed in Chrome Web Store.

PLEASE add option to show theme or image (other than completely blank). Otherwise, blank is MUCH BETTER than Google-placed and -sized thumbnails. Thank you!

Why does Google have to show every site one visits? Specially when we're around other people that shouldn't see our browsing history. "Oh, look at him trying to get a date on OKCupid"
Does exactly what it says it does. Which is exactly what I wanted.
Works as advertised -- great. It would be nice if the bookmarks bar could (optionally) be shown on the empty new tab page.
It takes as much time loading the new tab as the google default new tab page. It should be blazing quick.
