Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

The ultimate tool to keep every link you want. A time-saver partner. I've used it for so long time that I don't imagine my work life without it. The upgrade is amazing! 5 stars are too little for this extension! Once you use it, you never leave it.
How to goback old version?

This is not first not second but third time i lost all my tabs now whith this new update ui sucks is more complicated less simple and full of bugs i had all 14k tabs and then computer restarted and everything gone! i got back up but not all dates arent synced and it will take forever
После обновления на новую версию,стало не возможно отправлять вкладки в нужные папки(группы)!!!А только на общую страницу!И только уже оттуда "перемещать",что крайне не удобно.... Дополняю-В настройках у меня стоит-«Показывать всплывающее окно OneTab»
Poor Update. Do the develop team get that? You got even more worse rating than ever. Will that get you higher salary?
I used the extension for a 10+ years. Collected a thousands of links. Today, 21.02.2026, extension was updated and all my bookmarks is totally wiped UPD.: Used this advice from developers: Open chrome://extensions -> Developer mode -> In OneTab properties click on Service Worker -> DevTools -> Console -> write "chrome.runtime.reload();" and hit Enter -> after several minutes all bookmarks was restored. Changed score from 1 to 5, but, my God, how you made me nervous
Тривалий час усе працювало без нарікань. Іноді, звичайно, виникали збої, коли кількість вкладок була надто великою, але це цілком зрозуміло. Користувався дуже довгий час, але 21.02.26 сталася ситуація, коли після оновлення в мене зникли всі вкладки. Бекап був приблизно шестимісячної давності, тому я втратив багато вкладок. 01.03.2026 вкладки з’явилися, однак постало питання: куди поділися ті вкладки, які я створив після 21,02,26. Останній запис був від 01.03,26 перед цим 20.02.2026. Тобто зникли приблизно вісім днів роботи. За допомогою пошуку я з’ясував, що вони не зникли безслідно, а десь посередені. Звичайно, ця ситуація залишила певний неприємний осад.До того ж я відновив частину старого бекапу, тому, ймовірно, це ще більше вплинуло на змішування даних. Попри це, впродовж тривалого часу до розширення не було жодних суттєвих претензій загалом він працює добре. Єдине після останнього оновлення від 21.02.2026 виникла ситуація, коли всі старі вкладоки тимчасово зникли. Можливо, це пов’язано з тим, що я користуюся розширенням уже 3–4 роки й накопичив понад 10 тисяч вкладок, що створює додаткове навантаження.
Used to like this a lot , but the NEW DESIGN is WORSE !!!! Would have been ok at least to give the option to use the old version at least, but i can't find such setting in Options. I will have to find a new extension now.. :(
Great Update, loving the new functions and ability to swap Groups around and make Folders. But is there a way to go back to the old system on the Right Click > All Groups and being able to access all the groups made scrolling down. The update only allows me to scroll to recent Groups and not in the old style where ALL the groups were listed in order of how I've placed them. It would be great if there was a setting toggle to swap back to that old format in the Right Click in Website for saving to much older groups. Having it be in the format of most Recent makes searching for specific Groups a pain when placing tabs when it's a much older Group that's not even available on the Recent Group list anymore
