Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

Loved it. Almost lost my tabs once when Chrome crashed, but was able to recover it. Tip: the files are in the " %localappdata%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Extension Settings\chphlpgkkbolifaimnlloiipkdnihall " folder, back that up periodically. Also small note, at >10K tabs it does slow down a bit, especially when loading up the page it will look like it's broken, when it's really just trying to load in all your tabs. The effect doesn't really get worse, though I'm just 30 tabs away from 30,000, so maybe it falls over later. My two wishes is: 1) that the tab export feature saved the dates the tabs were saved, and 2) add a way to export to Firefox, keeping the dates and all.
Great extension, simple, efficient, free!
Lack of support for multi-window environments still killing an otherwise great idea. Using it jumps you to a completely different desktop. Highly disruptive to the point of not being useful.
Besides the RAM optimization, it also works well as history/bookmarks tool too, LOVE IT
So handy - saves mental space and keep my laptop running smoothly!
Avoid this extension. Periodically crashes and loses ALL of your tabs with no way to recover. This has happened to me multiple times over the years. You can manually export the tabs and reimport them if a crash does occur. But if you do not do this on a regular basis, you are s* out of luck. Why the backup feature is not automatic defies common sense.

Sympathique extension mais aucune synchronisation ni sauvegarde... ! Il suffit de réinstaller Chrome et si par malheur on oublie, par négligence en effet, d'exporter ses onglets, c'est foutu, ils sont perdus ! Le jour où l'on trouve un moyen de nous éviter ce désagrément, je mettrais 5 étoiles ! Désolé ! J'ai tout perdu à maintes reprises et donc pour l'instant 1 seule étoile ! Merci quand même !

was working well for years but out of nowhere all my saved tabs are gone and the new ones I save do not show up. When I access the one tab, nothing shows up, it is just a blank screen.
