Awesome! Sales, Marketing, Support Communication I was just having a conversation earlier this evening with a salesperson. He was telling me it was difficult to get past the gatekeeper and get the message of our product to the person that matters. This is the solution. Sales - Video in email!!! It's different and will get clicks. This is going to be a game-changer. This is going to generate clicks, just out of curiosity? Especially if you have the client's website in the video and someone talking. it will get their attention. Way more effective than a boring email. You can demo your Saas software.. or just talk leave a client a quick video message to send an explanation that may be more complex than communicating with a text email. We can also use it for support and training. Show a client how to navigate SaaS software or do something. Then, you have a completed video you can embed in a knowledge base or resend to other clients. I was able to get up and running and start sending videos in literally minutes. This was by far the easiest software to set up and use immediately.

Really like it! It's definitely a Loom competitor. Love the design language and the functionality. The fact that it is a full functional program running via a Chrome extension is really handy too (don't have to worry about yet another program slowing down system boot). I do think the conversion of a recorded video can be a little faster, I've had to wait about 15 seconds for a 2 minute video to convert, but this is similar to a competitor like Loom.

5 stars for ease of use. It's a little tricky to switch workspaces in the browser before you start recording from the extension... and I wish there was a timer indicator on screen to show the video length which you get with native app solutions... but overall Sendspark is a great team outreach solution.

I've been switching between Loom and Cloudapp depending on need for the last few years. Sendspark definitely has the potential to replace both in one single tool and I'm super excited about that! Loving the branding options for each workspace and that I can request a video from clients (though I'm hoping we find a way to request screen shares in the future!). The chrome extension itself is very simple to set up and you can start using it right away after installing. The added options for the little bubble where your face is is a nice touch :)

Now SENDSPARK is a beast ! I am a long time user of loom and this goes above and beyond.The team has build a very easy to use video and or sreen recording tool for wonderful communication with your team, your customers or prospects! It took me 5 minutes to get it up and running...the good news is you can have your logo and colors on your page which is always good for branding and the best part is you can add call to action to send people on any landing page you want: how cool is that.I will even get statistics...Guys this tool will be an everyday joy to use. This tool is excellent. The recording is very clear and works very well. You can choose to record either your screen, your face (webcam) or both. It also allows you to add a Call to Action to the video page. Easy to use but many possible applications for this.
