Make the toolbar movable. For some weird reason, the toolbar always stuck on the bottom left corner of the screen, making it useless. This happens quite frequent during Private Mode, so being able to move it around the screen would be nice.
Recently it has broken fullscreen mode. Fullscreen doesnot function correctly.
