I lost this for a while there. I am glad to see it back. I find the features I need in other plugins, but this one has it all-in-one, and also some other features with it.
It works perfectly, ads... well Google has his own rules. Español: Si funciona el reproducir en aunque minimices la pestaña o la pongas en segundo plano, esa funcion esta en las configuraciones de la extension, antes de comentar primero revisen.

Thanks for the update but in some instances it cuts the right side of the video making the extension unusable. You also should put an option for people to keep the new Youtube UI.
