The extension is practically a must-have for YouTube, but I will say this: Now that I realize this extension was the reason I didn't get the new YouTube redesign, I wish there was a way to *allow* YouTube experimental features and redesigns to enable themselves. I'm one of the rarer people who enjoys beta-testing, and I even opt in to many of the beta lab features, so I would like being able to participate in the redesigns and updates. Other than this one downside, I've been using the extension for years and love it.

Ну, дизайн не совсем старый - ролики справа слишком крупные, но комментарии внизу, и то хорошо, и наконец-то я избавилась от ***ых всплывающих рекомендаций, которые постоянно приходилось убирать вручную через средства разработчика - аллилуйя, комментарии настроила, в общем, на мой субъективный - весьма полезная штука. P. S. Похоже, он обновился и теперь несовместим с моей старой версией Хрома (которую я обновлять не собираюсь), исчезло меню, опять видно всплывающие окошки. Печаль.

Ok, I'm 90% certain that Enhancer is not responsible for sound duplication. It has to do with YouTube testing/releasing their unfinished updates. After a couple days of experiencing the sound duplication issue, I decided to remove the extension, only to find it doesn't solve anything, so I reinstalled it. It seems like YouTube has implemented a new box that contains the video, while forgetting to remove the old one. So, effectively, 2 instances of the same video sometimes play. This also explains the sudden disappearance of the Enhancer's control bar. Issues with timestamps have also been observed, as clicking one in the comments brings the invisible video's sound instead of the one that's actually being used. In the meantime, here's a temporary solution: If your video has double audio, click on any empty space under the video. That's how you focus on the invisible video. Then, just hit spacebar to pause. OK, Update: An anti-AdBlock script from tampermonkey was causing the issue. If you have YouTube related tampermonkey scripts, try disabling them.
