Privacy Badger sends the Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/) to opt you out of data sharing and selling, and the Do Not Track signal (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track) to tell companies not to track you. If trackers ignore these signals, Privacy Badger will learn to block them.
Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger replaces potentially useful trackers (video players, comments widgets, etc.) with click-to-activate placeholders, and removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, with more privacy protections on the way.

Just today realized this extension was causing the problem of pages that failed to load unless I restarted the browser. It only started happening about 2-3 weeks ago. Before that, I would rate it a 5*. If it starts working again, will update. But have it disabled for now.
Works fine for a hot sec, then completely breaks Chrome. And I don't mean just breaks certain sites, or no CSS, or whatnot, no: it prevents anything from loading at all, as if your internet faucet had suddenly been turned off.
I've been using it for more than a year, and it stopped working. It doesn't do anything. I've also got Ghostery installed, and it has also stopped working. I'm going to see if uninstalling and reinstalling will fix the problem.
I think it's an excellent concept that needs a lot of work. It crashes several times per day.
It works well and does what it says. It also breaks a lot of sites. However, when a site is broke by this extension I wonder why the site needs the information it is asking for. Then if you trust the site with that info, allow it to track and the site starts working again.
The idea of cool . But the execution is poor . Blocks this allowance even google and twitter and facebook . Maskra . This should be checked every blocked. Otherwise, the use of such a supplement does not make sense
Just recently it stops working chrome is not able to load as privacy badger never finish loading, once disabled chrome is working again
