Privacy Badger sends the Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/) to opt you out of data sharing and selling, and the Do Not Track signal (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track) to tell companies not to track you. If trackers ignore these signals, Privacy Badger will learn to block them.
Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger replaces potentially useful trackers (video players, comments widgets, etc.) with click-to-activate placeholders, and removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, with more privacy protections on the way.

Since it is from EFF, I know it is legitimate in its desire to protect my privacy.
A parte il bug della finestra nella tray del browser tintillante, l'estensione è in grado di riconoscere, dopo 3 AD visti in modo ripetitivo, il loro funzionamento tracciante, bloccandoli. Utile insieme ad altre estensioni di anti-tracking anche se non si potrà usufruire a pieno della suddetta estensione dato che imparerà di meno. Ma a noi è la privacy che interessa, giusto? Consigliata.

ho avast. su firefox nessun problema, su chrome in alcuni siti, quando clicco l'icona di PB, l'immagine vibra in modo insopportabile. When will the new update?
Seems to work fine. Sometimes I have to disable it to see needed content. But that just tells me it is doing its job. I always have it on.
Good idea. Unfortunately does not block and does not even know of tracking of Yandex.Direct network.
