Privacy Badger sends the Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/) to opt you out of data sharing and selling, and the Do Not Track signal (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track) to tell companies not to track you. If trackers ignore these signals, Privacy Badger will learn to block them.
Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger replaces potentially useful trackers (video players, comments widgets, etc.) with click-to-activate placeholders, and removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, with more privacy protections on the way.

L'extension marche très bien. Il me semble un peu trop passif quant a Google. J’aimerais qu'on serait capable de déactiver ou activer la liste des sites web globalement.
I got this extension quite recently, and while it may be doing what it says it is doing I have also had increasing difficulties with a number of basic utilities suddenly not working - particularly sound related. I can no longer listen to previews of audio books in Chirp, and Soundcloud has stopped playing entirely. Seriously, if these basic functions cannot run with PB in place I will have to delete it and take my chances.
works great. but if google is allowing this extension to be on webstore then they must have found a way out to evade the badger and is tracking us.??
Works OK but needs a snooze feature so you can completely disable the extension for a few minutes to use affiliate links. It is a pain to have to turn it off in Chrome and remember to turn it back on.
Many sites content do not load when this extension is activated. please make it less aggressive.
