This extension will open a Compose window in Gmail when you click any email address on a webpage. It also provides a button that will create a Gmail message when clicked, using the page title as the subject and selected page text and link address as the message. For setting the domain name of your "Google Apps for your domain" account, click Options.

Doesn't make Gmail default email application unless the page is reloaded (which could have been written in the description). Since that is the only thing I needed I found a better extension.
I am logged into 2 google accounts and I need to be able to chose which one to use to send emails!
I have seen worse!!
Wow. It can't even accomplish the one task it is supposed to do. It doesn't even create a link. Utterly worthless.
Very simple & practical app that does exactly what I want it to do ... open up a "compose email" in my gmail when I click on a website email address. Thank you.
