iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.
The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

With a MacBook Pro using fingerprint scan and an iPhone with face detection, using Safari and Chrome together stopped being an issue. Thanks!
Does the job pretty well and it nicely integrates with my phone; not sure why there are so many scathing reviews. Only drawback is the inability to generate strong passwords (have to do that in the Passwords app :/).
Ist ok. Neue Passwörter läuft auch. Grundsätzlich leider sehr fummelig / umständlich.
It works fine for me, I can manage my passwords in one tool, no need to store my passwords on Edge, Chrome, etc....

Blocks Chrome's native autofill from working. Also, would not let me sign into iCloud despite correctly entering my password, confirming the prompt and verification code on my iPhone, and hitting Continue; at which point I'd be prompted to enter my password again, stuck in an endless loop.

iPhone と Chrome の双方で「Microsoft Authenticator」を使用したほうが圧倒的にはかどる。 Microsoft アカウントを一つしか持たない人にとっては特にそうだと思う。仮に複数持ちだとしても、iCloud パスワードのポンコツ排他性能よりはまし。 Apple は「Apple 製品を使えば問題はない」とでもいわんばかりの製品構想が多いが、そういう時は Microsoft ソフトを経由すればマシになる。メールも Outlook 経由じゃないと使えたものじゃない。ドライブも完全に OneDrive に同期させてから他サービスに共有したほうがいい。
