iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.

The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

I've yet to find an apple product that isn't just straight up buggy, counterintuitive, or just outright trash. I really don't get the apple worship.

Every time it asks for a verification code. Why make our lives miserable?

Ne fonctionne plus sous macos 15... une extension vraiment indigne d'Apple.

Works flawlessly. Never tried it prior to today when Arc Browser asked me if I wanted to use it. No complaints so far.

This works great. You'll first need to enter a verification code. After that, Passwords work in Arc browser (or Chrome) just as well as they do in Safari.

Bisschen unnötig, wenn man mich fragt, also stellt halt kein safety feature dar. Sonst aber nice, dass man überhaupt eine Möglichkeit in chrome für icloud hat passwords hat

This functionality is needed, but the current version of the extension has serious usability issues which make it less than desirable. For instance, why do my Chrome passwords and my iCloud passwords not automatically sync so that both have the same accounts and passwords? This way, when I'm on a non-Apple device, I can still use my Chrome passwords (which would then have access to all of my passwords) to login to websites. Also, why every time I select a password to login to a site do I need to use Touch to authenticate? I am already authenticated on the device! This is a useless step and is unwanted. For those who like to use the argument that if I were to walk away from the device without locking it, then someone could login to websites without my permission, NO, it's my responsibility as the user to lock my device when I'm not using it. Most don't want annoyances like this that slow us down unnecessarily.
