iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.
The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

Claude in Chrome
Makes me type the 6 digit code nearly every time I use it, even in the same browsing session. Its absurd that it can't just ask once a week or even once a day. I often need to authenticate it 10x a day. Also absurd is the lack of ability to add passwords in Chrome. EDIT- simply doesnt even work any more at all. Shows no passwords anymore.
super annoying, it shows up even on fields that are nor password input fields/components, thus blocking the view
Unreliable and frustrating semi-functional extension that mostly provides access to my iCloud passwords which, without an alternative, is better than nothing I suppose. However, the app is wrought with issues. Doesn’t update passwords, just adds as new. Doesn’t provide any way to edit the entry so that has to be done with the Passwords app after the fact. Extension options constantly reset and destroy Chrome’s autofill functionality. Doesn’t work using its own autofill more often than not. Spikes CPU usage constantly with the on-screen QR detection. This extension has always had issues for years that I’ve used it. I wish Apple would fix it but I’m sure it’s all an effort to get you to use Safari.
Doesn't work without desktop app, so still can't use passwords on linux
Extremely useful for all devices.
Works like a charm!
크롬을 켤때마다 인증을 받는게 너무 불편함. 한번 인증 받으면 계속 유지되었으면 좋겠음. 혹은 옵션이라도 제공해 주던지.
Clunky-to-Bad. Auto-fills one time out of ten, not a glowing review. Version 3.0.4 on Chrome for OS X (9 Jan 2025 install date)
This extension contains some code for detecting OTP QR Codes in all images on any website, which can significantly impact browser performance on larger images or Canvas elements, especially when moving your cursor away from such elements. Each time you do that, it is trying to find QR codes inside.
So bad, and I can't even delete it properly.
