A game change for anyone looking for a job. It fills out the most of the awkward application pages for you, pretty smoothly most of the time. It is also an independent job board, so you can forget other sites, including the major ones. If you are cautious about sharing your data to the app, remember you are sharing all your data to hundreds of employers anyway.

This software for automatically applying to jobs is fairly good. However, one thing I wish was added was AI reinforcement learning, I wish I could "talk" and give feedback to improve the process. Some application drop down menu questions seem fairly obvious to answer I feel like an AI could answer these for me. I'd be wiling to spend a good amount of time to train and tailor this software if I could. But I'm no software expert so I don't know if this could be implemented. Also sometimes the AI can stretch the truth too much when generating a resume. But there is the option to prevent this by adding additional instructions to it.

As a communications and content strategist with 20+ years under my belt, I’ve been through a lot but nothing quite as exhausting as the modern job hunt.
