Teal is super helpful if you are processing a lot of applications in a day. The AI tools and mix-and-max resume building tools are of particular help. Super time savers! The only thing I'd like to see is a way to leverage AI to find and replace key words in your resume. The AI does well extracting the key words from the job description, but you have to go in an manually replace words, or manually add skills to get your matching score up into the 70th percentile. If the AI were able to swap out words and skills on your behalf, that would make an already streamlined process even simpler.

Works well at capturing job descriptions from LinkedIn and several other sites I've tried. Data immediately shows up in my dashboard view, and it's been helpful that I can save notes as I'm evaluating each position. It also has helpfully pointed out when a particular job isn't within my salary requirements, which saves me time.
Super useful to safe applications for later across many job boards. It's also great to track the progress of various applications at once.
