Game changer if you are applying for jobs! Highly recommend this extension as well as the upgrade. It is making the job application process easier by tracking the jobs I am applying for, providing valuable analytics (hard skills, soft skills, emphasis words in job description) to help me customize my resume, a resume builder with the option to use AI to help with wording and a cover letter option also with AI generator! Additionally, the program is very accessible as I am dyslexic.
At first I was using a Google Sheet to track my job applications, and then remembered a colleague mentioned Teal to me. I should have installed it from the beginning! Teal has been an extremely useful extension for a very challenging process. I haven't dived deeper into all its features, but its simple and unobtrusive interface gives me space I need to focus on what I want to accomplish.
This has been a great resource to track job applications as I was previously using an excel sheet. But what I loved the most was formatting my resume, it really allowed me to think about it a little differently and focus on the metrics and not the to-do's. A couple of wish list items: I do wish it would have the salary range and not just the max. I also think there could be some fine tuning in regards to the skills. it picks up words from about the company. I would like to see it compare the skills on job description to skills listed in the resume.

This extension is wonderful! You can use it to bring in the whole job description, company details, contacts for those companies (If you can find them), and make note and score them without leaving the webpage I'm on.
