I've tried every job tracking and resume tool out there. Teal simply works the way job seekers work. Works perfectly with LinkedIn and other job boards. It has transformed how I look for jobs now... and how it has organized my job search and with it's powerful job description vs resume matching tool, I'm seeing crazy real-world results. Proof of concept: this week I applied to 5 jobs, taking lots of time to ensure my resume was a good match to the job description. As of today (Friday) I have 5 interviews scheduled for next week!!
