I am a teacher and I sometimes assist my high school students in looking for jobs. I saw the Teal Chrome extension and I thought I’d give it a try. For high school students, it’s a little complicated. I think it would be easier for them to go to the websites of the employers that they are interested in as there are not a lot of employers who hire 16 and 17-year-olds. Thankfully, I love my job and don't need Teal!
Love using Teal to organize the jobs I have applied to and customizing my resume for individual jobs. It is making my job search more efficient and organized.

Awesome to know that someone is building AI tools for candidates given that 75% of CVs are not even read by a human before being rejected. The interface is easy to use (if sometimes a bit glitchy) but I'm all behind using the same tools to balance the scales.
Overall, Teal is an effective tool for organizing and tracking applications, though there are many opportunities for improvement in the future. I wish I could have more customization options with the dashboard functions.
