Beep is a voice feedback Chrome Extension that allows you to record and listen to voice notes and audio comments all within Google Classroom, Google Docs, and Gmail.
You never need to leave Google Classroom, Google Docs, or Gmail to record and play the voice notes. Easily replicate one of the most essential parts of the in-person in-classroom experience in a remote learning setting - it's the missing piece in digital education.
🤔 Why voice feedback?
Voice feedback can take the friendliness and ease of in person feedback without the logistics of in person meetings and without the difficult and time consuming work of writing pitch-perfect feedback. It's a great tool for bridging the gap in "distance learning" and "remote teaching."

I love this and it's been sooo good for providing feedback for work that has been submitted online. It takes half the time to give feedback and the students like it as well
This used to be really good, but I can no longer listen to recordings within Google. Always navigates away to new page. I will be looking for something else.

A great product and solution that seems (I'm new to this one) to work extremly well. I particularly like the simplicity of the UI. Integrates seemlessly with Google Classroom, and we like that aspect very much. Currently I'm using this model curriculum language, and I'm sure to use it in future for providing an alternative method of feedback too. It would, however (imo) benefit from publishers being able to see an index of recordings along with some metrics of usage/ engagement.
