The program does what it say's but their are some caveat's you should be aware of before subscribing. First off, I was able to make a workflow effectively for some process's and all in all, it did aid me in my communication process. However, when you pay for a subscription for a service, our end user should not have to be bothered with being onboarded in order to view our work. We should be able to share our work with whomever and the end user should be able to view our work seamlessly. Again, I understand that for free user's that would be understandable, but paid user's? Also, if you decide you dont want to bother the user with that process and export your workflow as a pdf, you can expect the bottom of each page of your pdf to be a billboard for Scribe, informing ever viewer what program you made this workflow on... good for business ya know? This software get's a 2 star because of how they designed this for a paid user, not the features themselves. The program was able to assist me with what I needed, just bad business practice from the company that deters me from using them professionally in the future

This tool is amazing! My position at my job is relatively new, so I have had to create numerous training documents and how-to guides. This tool has allowed me to create PDF documents that I have been able to share with colleagues and also post to our shared drive for the future. Most documents I have been able to create and edit in just a few minutes with ease and confidence!

This IS AMAZING VISUAL learning at its finest. Scribe has cut my training time by HOURS, and my service technicians are able to refer back to the training without having to ask over and over "what is the next step?" I wish I would have had this app while I was in the classroom !

Game Changer! Writing test scripts for an electronic health record implementation is a daunting task. Scribe has reduced the work by at least 50%. PLUS, the ability to export into Confluence is amazing! We use Confluence to hold all the testing/training manuals. The test scripts written with Scribe are such a high quality, that we will be able to leverage these to use for training materials as well! I also love the combine slide feature. Helps shorten the steps, but still visually show expectations.

I absolutely love love love this tool. It makes it so much easier to provide instructions for the team than writing out a manual using screen shots. Great tool, the team is loving all of their new scribes :)
