Connected the A6500, Tried to buy an app, after paying via bank/vreditcard widget, nothing happens and the bought app is not added to my app list nor uploaded to the camera. Worthless piece of software.

Furchtbar - Ich habe es mit 2 PC Windows 7 , Chrome und auch mit Mac und Safari nicht hinbekommen eine App problemlos zu instalieren. z.Zt. werde ich beim installieren immer vom Appstore auf die Seite id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com....weitergeleitet und dann tut sich nix obwohl ich Guthaben am Konto habe Da muss die Weltfirma Sony dringend nachbessern. Auch die Installation direkt in der Kamera ist furchtbar.
It doesn't work. Period. Chrome on OSX12.2 and OSX13.6.
Solved: I also wasted 5 hours of my life trying to figure out how to purchase the timelapse app. Tried every method possible. I eventually got it to work (only via the WIFI app inside the camera - I only used my Mac to set up the PMCA account and add my card details). The way to make it work, is to add money to your wallet (and also keep your card registered as well). Then when you go to purchase through the camera, it takes the money from the wallet (which bypasses that "page not found" thing that keeps coming up when using just your Credit Card). I'm using an a7sii. Hope it works for you!

Mir geht es wie vielen Leidensgenossen. Sitze jetzt seit Stunden vor dem Mac und meiner kleinen Sony DSR-RX100M3 und versuche eine kostenpflichtige App auf der Kamera zu installieren. Der Bezahlvorgang über die Kamera-App funktioniert nicht, obwohl die Kamera mit WIFI verbunden ist und meine Kreditkartendaten in meinem Account hinterlegt sind. Ein Anruf bei meiner Bank ergab, dass von dieser Seite alles ok sei. Der mehrfache Versuch "PlayMemories Camera Apps Downloader" zu installieren schlug fehl, obwohl mein Mac behauptet, die Installation sei erfolgreich gewesen. Nach der Installation wird man zu einem Neustart aufgefordert, doch danach sucht man den frisch installierten PlayMemories Camera Apps Downloader vergebens. Was für ein Mist!!!
Can't update the software that was sold with my camera; i just want the supposedly built in remote trigger feature. shouldn't be this hard. still looking for a solution

Doesn't work at mac, very frustrating. I already restart my mac a thousand times and there's NO APP. Please fix this ASAP
