Δεν δουλευει για κανενα λογο οποιες ρυθμισεις και να κανεις και στη σελιδα του απλα δεν μπορεις να κανεις log in στο account που εφτιαξες με αυτο το χαζο verification που εχουν. Απαραδεκτο να εχεις δωσει τοσα λεφτα για καμερα τους να μην μπορουν να φτιαξουν ενα στοιχειωδες προγραμμα για να μπορεις να κανεις update τις εφαρμογες και το λογισμικο της μηχανης σου. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ
Useless extension. As all the other reviews state, I can't get anywhere with this app. I'm simply trying to install the Timpelapse app (that we have to PAY for) and it goes nowhere. So frustrating!!!
For 3 hours I've been trying to log in, install etc. on both camera and computer. Complete waste of time! Such a shame. I was really looking forward to playing with the timelapse app on my A7s

Remember in 1995 when you had to be a master of troubleshooting to get computers and software to work in your favor? This is what it's like using the "PlayMemories Camera Apps Downloader". Awfully supported application by Sony. While its "Apps" are essential for it's camera clients who, like me, have spent $1,400+ on their product, they force you to work through this terrible interface to obtain them. It baffles me that it took a 2016 Reddit forum to finally figure out that their PlayMemories Apps website is not compatible with Google Chrome for Mac users. Sony - FYI - Everyone and their grandmother uses Chrome now. I finally got the $10 timelapse app downloaded through Safari after about 3 hours of troubleshooting on Chrome. Your hard products are truly amazing, but whoever is in charge of this software needs to find a new gig.

I haven't seen something this bad since the late 90's... 1000 dollar camera can't even take a time lapse due to Sony's inability to enter this millennium's software standards.
If I could give it - 10 I would. Sony needs to put its act together and start creating something that actually works. I spent 3 h of my life trying to work out how to update a simple app on my camera I love. Without success. Last time I had this experience was when I decided never touch any Windows product again and that was 10 years ago. I have a feeling I am not the only one - this is more than frustrating.
This application/extension and is associated counterparts should be smitten for their uselessness.
Recién comprada la HX400V y de soporte nada, todo son problemas por parte de Sony. Creo la voy a devolver a Amazon. Che que inútil es esta gente de Sony. Ah! y el servicio de atención cliente España no saben cómo solucionar cosas, he tenido que buscar por youtube... increíble. Además sólo uedo instalar app gratuitas ya que tengo doble validación en mi banco y NO lo contempla Sony... pero si se contempla hasta en las chinorris de Aliexpress!!!! visto cómo atienden a sus usuarios creo que volveré a Canon.MAL. MUY MAL comprar Sony es quedarse tirado y mira que hacen cosas buenas pero pasan a las nuevas y te abandonan y así sucesivamente.
