I subscribed to Raplyai's annual package, which cost me $96, hoping for a seamless and reliable service, but I've been met with nothing but disappointment. On June 8, 2023, I found that the service was completely down, an issue that's been ongoing for an exasperating three weeks now. Despite the assurances given to me in their response on Twitter, there has been no improvement. The issue remains unresolved, my patience is at its end, and their service is as inaccessible as ever. They promised to address my concerns personally and asked me to direct message them, yet the DM option is inexplicably disabled. This leaves me with no proper channel to communicate with them directly, further adding to my frustration. As of June 20, 2023, the service is still down, reflecting a total lack of urgency or concern from the Raplyai team. My repeated attempts to get a response, let alone a solution, have been fruitless. Raplyai has left me high and dry, despite the sizable subscription fee. I'm left feeling duped and disrespected as a customer. They've shown a total lack of professionalism, and their inability to provide the services they promised is utterly unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. At this point, all I can hope for is a full refund. The reality of Raplyai's service is a stark contrast to the reliability I expected. The sheer level of inconvenience and poor communication on their part is not only unacceptable but also a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
