I had previously rated this five stars but changing to two and I think that's generous considering for the past couple of weeks it's basically not worked at all. It worked flawlessly prior, but lately it next to never recognizes the video regardless of format or the fact that it had previously worked on the site. To make matters worse, despite it not recognizing any video, on occasion the zoom factor that was either previously set or mysteriously set now affects the currently playing video that it apparently can't see, which is a real head scratcher and EXTREMELY frustrating when you consider the fact that if/when a video is not recognized, you can't interact with any of the extensions controls. So you can't reset the zoom factor or lessen it and you're left with no choice but to drop what you're doing and disable the extension, reload the site, and stew in your anger. Hopefully dev can right this ship, otherwise I'm going to need to uninstall this one and find another. In all honesty, I'm going to install another now and give this one another week or two to get its act together... otherwise, it's sayonara, ZOOM Video.
