This extension allows you to send torrent files from your browser to your remote or local Bittorrent client's web interface.
It doesn't just send the urls to the WebUIs, but downloads the torrent and uses the file upload function of the UIs to add the torrent. Thus, it even works on private trackers that require cookies.
Currently, it supports several web interfaces, a full list can be viewed on the project page.
Per default, this extension scans any open page for links that match given filters and overwrites the download-action, but its functionality can also be accessed via a context menu.
Its filters are easily extensible using regular expressions via the options page, but a basic set of filters should work for most sites.

works pretty neat, specially with webGUI's
This is a great extension. Just as an FYI, I use a Buffalo LinkStation, and this requires a relative path of /gui. This isn't an option if you choose the Buffalo WebUI from the drop down list. I had to choose the uTorrent UI from the list to get that option. Would have gotten five stars if it didn't take me two hours to figure this out! Also, when clicking a magnet link, the torrent gets added but never starts downloading. I have to click the actual download link for it to add the torrent AND download.
The only thing that bugged me was the "a little too small info" about needing to restart to get the context menu to work. Would it be possible to get a recommendation "You should restart you browser" after install? It's not a big deal, it's just that I tried all the different torrent adders before I realized this was the one I wanted, wich was the first one I installed, just because the context menu didn't work =). Now that it does, it's absolutely great. I use it every day.
Works with uTorrent. Yep.
can be a bit tricky to set up but works PERFECTLY once I have it set up :D
Funciona perfectamente, con torrent y magnet con deluge, cosa que no hacen los que se listan en la pagina de deluge. Hace que aumentes la velocidad de descargar torrent, si usas un server...
Adds torrent just fine...just no notifications anymore...I'm starting to think DEV abandoned the project.
Works great with rTorrent + ruTorrent via secure port and using magnet links.
Just another worthless extension that does not work... The error message disappears so fast its hard to try to make this work...
App has worked flawlessly for months, until a couple of days ago. 'Problem getting the uTorrent XHR token, Is uTorrent running?' didn't change any settings on computer/utorrent before this happened. Upgraded utorrent to latest and still having same issue.
