uTab is a way to infinity options for customizing the New Tab. Among the most interesting functions you can find the next:
- make as many folders with different bookmarks as you need right on the new tab
- apply dark/light mode
- opportunity to change the background of a start page
- support clocks from 10 time zones
uTab is a unique Start Page where you can add an unlimited amount of folders with bookmarks. Any bookmark or a group of them can be organized in separate folders that contain up to 83 bookmarks. Create different folders with lots of bookmarks that you set according to topics, tasks, users, etc. Rename them, copy, choose the background and organize bookmarks inside of each folder. Upload preview to easily navigate across the many bookmarks folders.

To be honest, it looks nice, but functionality is pretty limited. Can't disable the search bar, or move it in any way. Can't make icons, instead it'll generate a full page preview Can't disable the bing redirect. I get that you want to monetize your work, but this is not the way. Can't put solid colors as background Can't disable the huge eyesore clock that comes for some reason
This is awesome and exactly what I have been looking for. I love it that icons are small and don't obstruct background. Would be nice if you could add icons with a link, and you could move search engine window around, but those are pretty minor things.
I loved it for a few minutes. Then I discovered that I can't stop the BIG BRIGHT WHITE NUMBERS time display breaking my lovely black theme. If it had a color-selectors for the time display it might even be perfect. But right now, I am giving it the boot.

Very nice extension. 2 thing I would like to be more customizable though. - Clock mode should have an option to be disabled. (A beautiful feature, but not everyone has to like it) - An option to remove Google big Search Box. (If it's possible at all)

It's Perfect! Before i stumbled across this start page, i was constantly installing different ones only to be unsatisfied until uTab Dashboard came along. I no longer search for anything better as this one is Perfect!
Great extension, support for the 'Time' would be highly appreciated
