It was such a relief to be able to use FB again without all the garbage! Love this extension!

If you want to read Facebook without all of the notifications for every time someone likes something or comments on something some rando posted, you will want this extension. It does even more than that, though. You can even use it to filter out pictures of dogs if for some reason you don't want to see dog pictures.
The best. It makes FB bearable by allowing us to control what we do and do not want to see.
Yes this is the real one, others are plants from facebook awesome job, hides the crap that facebook adds all the time. Gone. Bliss. Facebook the way we want it.

This app is the real FB Purity - don't get the other one! I have been using this app for a couple of years now and I love it. All those ads - GONE. Irritating notifications - GONE. If you like Facebook but find some of the features annoying, this is the tool to give you control.
Loving this REAL F.B. Purity. So much crap gone from Facebook that it's now a pleasant experience and shows only what I want to see, not miscellaneous garbage forced on me from elsewhere. You can even play with different fonts and backgrounds, if you're so inclined. Beware of crappy imitations that may not offer the security this one does. Nice work FBP!
