it used to 5* i cant get it to start downloading now tried reinstalling it with no change any ideas would be most useful please
I would think it would be easy to revert back to last version that worked correctly. Then they could go back to the drawing board on what went wrong after version 6.5 was put out. They need to start keeping old versions out and give people the choice of updating to a newer version. They really screwed up this update. Shows why testing is critical in when putting something out for usage by people.

Turn the extension off in Chrome and then turn it back on it. That's how I got it to work again today.
I LOVED this plugin, it was AMAZING... until this recent update. I don’t know what the hell y'all did to it, it was working fine before, not it doesn't start downloading after scanning the a page. I tried to stop it from updating on my second laptop but ofc I was not able to so now I'm screwed.
