My experience using Fathom so far has been impeccable. It is, without a doubt, the fastest meeting analysis tool that will have a summary ready mere minutes after a call has been completed, even for an hour-long meeting! The ability to "Ask Fathom" about a particular call is an awesome feature for quick answers about a previous meeting. To take it a step further, you can group previous meetings into folders and then use the Ask Fathom feature to search across that group of meetings for an answer! The CRM integrations are nice as well and if you don't use HubSpot/Salesforce, you can use Zapier too! The ONLY thing that would improve this platform is an open API... (please!)

The ability to go back and confirm that I heard everything correctly is such a nice feature of Fathom. We do not have project managers at our small agency, so Fathom plays an important role in tracking next steps and providing meeting & topic summaries that can be copy/pasted into a PM software. I've found the Action Items / Next Steps to be incredibly helpful. The transcriptions are generally very accurate but I've found acronyms or abbreviations are sometimes transcribed incorrectly. That's a minor issue that's easy to edit in the email summaries. Set up is incredibly easy - a handful of clicks - and Fathom works well across all of the video conferencing tools that we use (Google, Teams, Zoom). I've found this tool particularly useful for weekly client status meetings and internal planning meetings.
